Summary:
Zia with 581,353 sf, which includes underground parking, retail, 120 High end Condos and 305 Apartments. The mechanical system includes 2 boiler plaints utilizing PVI Boilers to obtain Domestic Hot water for both heating and Domestic use, 1 Daikin applied Chiller Cooling a plate in frame heat exchanger to handle domestic water cooling and unit use on the Apartment side.
Utilizing CAD was a key component to sleeve lay out and room constraints. This process made the layout of the sleeves for the post tension podiums efficient and clean allowing for less time on the deck, clean fire rating and a safe work environment.
